6 Things to Know About Eagles Training Camp
Eagle's training camp is under way at Lehigh University's Goodman Campus for the 16th consecutive year and it's a fan- and family-friendly environment.
Camp is open to the public until Tuesday August 16. Here is the practice and autograph schedule .
And here are six things to know about one of the Lehigh Valley's biggest annual sports attractions:
1. Parking and admission are free. There are souvenir and food vendors but fans can tailgate in the parking lot or bring their own snacks. Fans must enter/exit through a large merchandise tent so it might be tough to attend without spending any money. Bottled water and other drinks cost $3.
2. There are two practice sessions most days. Morning practice starts around 8 a.m. and the bleachers can fill up pretty fast. The team has three fields for practice and there's usually action happening on at least two of the three at a time.
3. The Eagles try to make camp a good experience for young and old. Kids' activities include a large inflatable slide and minature golf. Practice viewing areas are handicapped accessible and include platforms for fans who use a wheelchair.
4. Fans who attend morning practice will receive a numbered ticket on their way in. Winning numbers for the autograph tent are posted around 9:15 a.m. Fans with winning tickets should line up at the tent right after morning practice (around 10:30 a.m.)
5. Bring your camera. Camp includes a chance to catch your favorite players in action up close, as well as meet Eagles cheerleaders and mascot Swoop.
6. There's not much shade. Bring/wear sunscreen and a hat.

The Ifo 2 camp also houses a freshly painted primary and secondary school, police station, and headquarters for aid organizations ranging from Handicap International to the Norwegian Refugee Council padlocked shut. A medical facility for Doctors
Underneath the big white tent at the entrance to Eagles training camp Sunday, Kolb jerseys were flying off the racks. While jerseys for current players sold for $85-$100, Kolb's No. 4 was going for $50 and the replica jersey for $10.
Abraham's Tent is a reflection of the work, play and learning of the Kids4Peace summer camp program, presented by the campers. During the Kids4Peace camp, 12 children are brought from Jerusalem. Four are Muslim, four are Christian, and four are Jews.
Numbered tickets will be distributed from 7 to 9 am at the welcome tent, and winning numbers will be posted at locations around camp at 9:30. Monday's session will be with the offensive linemen. Call the fans' hotline at 215-320-5160 for updates.

REI’s Half Dome 2 Tent has been honored as a 2010 Backpacker magazine Editors’ Choice Gold Award recipient, the most prestigious award in the outdoor industry, given annually to products in recognition of their outstanding innovation in design, materials and/or performance.
Backpacker Editor-In-Chief Jonathan Dorn and his staff of editors and testers presented the REI design and development team with the award during the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market tradeshow. The tent is highlighted in the April issue of Backpacker, currently available on store shelves.
