Taylor Swift Releases New Fragrance

Taylor Swift has won many awards, played to sold-out arenas and even appeared on the big screen. Now she can add releasing her own perfume to her long list of achievements. Fans will soon be able to purchase “Wonderstruck,” a new fragrance line she has created by teaming up with Elizabeth Arden. The fragrance is based on her song, “Enchanted.”

“I wrote the lyric, ‘I’m wonderstruck, blushing all the way home,’ for the song ‘Enchanted’ about the first time you meet someone,” Taylor said. “A fragrance can help shape someone’s first impression and memory of you. It’s exciting to think that Wonderstruck will play a role in creating some of those memories.”

She feels having her own fragrance will help her fans feel closer to her. “I share personal life experiences through my music, and my fragrance will allow me to share these experiences with my fans in a completely different and new way,” she told “Women’s Wear Daily.”

“Falling in love is a moment every girl daydreams about and Wonderstruck represents that magical feeling of promise and hope and intrigue,” she added. “It was fascinating to learn that you could layer so many different scents to create a beautiful end result.”

Taylor has joined the list of country stars like Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Keith Urban and Shania Twain who also have their own fragrances. “Wonderstruck” will be available for purchase in October.
